From day programs and residential care to hands-on job training and community-based services, we empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build skills, gain confidence, and lead fulfilling lives. And with the upcoming launch of the Posh Pot Café, we’re creating even more pathways to independence and inclusion.
EmpowerPath: From Goals to Growth
EmpowerPath (EPP) is Posh Inc.’s signature approach to job readiness, blending hands-on training with personal development to help individuals build meaningful, lasting careers. Grounded in each participant’s goals, EmpowerPath focuses on real-world skills and sustained support to ensure long-term success.

Adult Day Program
Build Independence
We provide structured vocational and life skills training tailored to each participant’s abilities and goals. Through evidence-based practices and DDS-approved curriculum, our day services emphasize skill-building, personal growth, and community engagement.
Residential Program
Live Fully
Our residential group home will offer a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for adults with developmental disabilities. We provide 24/7 care, promote independence in daily living, and ensure each resident thrives in a home-like setting.
Job Training & Placement
Work Ready
Participants gain real-world job skills through our EmpowerPath curriculum, hands-on training at the Posh Pot Café (coming soon!), and supported employment opportunities. We partner with local employers to match individuals with roles that align with their strengths and interests.
Community Integration
Thrive Together
We offer programs focused on building social skills, emotional resilience, and independence. From peer mentorship to mental health referrals, we ensure participants have the tools and support they need to succeed in every aspect of life.
The Posh Pot Cafe
Coming Soon: More than coffee—a pathway to purpose.
The Posh Pot Café will serve as a vocational training hub and community gathering space. Here, participants learn customer service, inventory management, and hospitality skills in a fully functioning café environment.
